Aji
In the bustling city of Rotterdam you will find the new culinary hotspot, restaurant Aji. Aji is in tropical atmospheres. The restaurant on Pannekoekstraat is full of exotic flowers, leaves and tree stumps. On the wall there are colorful cloth paintings in which a pig pops up among the red peppers. The jungle is stylishly decorated with brown sofas, rattan chairs, gray tubs and wooden tables.
Aji (the name of a pepper) combines South American cuisine with Asian influences, a new culinary wave that we have encountered lately. The menu is neatly divided between vega, fish and meat.
