C.E.O Baas Van Het Vlees
In 2013 we opened our meat restaurant on Katendrecht. Our goal: absolute quality without bells and whistles. C.E.O. boss of the meat … the name says enough!
We only serve the best meat. In 2015 and 2017 we were even voted “best meat restaurant in the Netherlands”.
We prepare the meat on our Broiler, an American grill that is heated to 1,300 degrees Celsius. This gives the meat a crispy layer which makes it crisp when you cut it. All your senses are stimulated.
