This restaurant of the Rotterdam star chef Mario Ridder is located in Hilton Rotterdam. The French-oriented menu is divided into à la carte (Mario’s Favorites) and two menus that change 6 times a year: Culinary trip (6, 7 or 8 courses) and All the Way (Mario’s signature dishes).
Yulia has three spaces. The maximum group size is 80 people. Striking in the interior is the hexagon motif that returns everywhere. The interior is modern and ‘green’, combined with materials from the sixties, which characterized the new Hilton at the time: marble, brass and American oak.
