In Restaurant De Jong we work closely with carefully selected farmers, fishermen, butchers and suppliers. That way we can cook every night with the best that nature has to offer. In our kitchen a key role is reserved for seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers. The wines we serve with our dishes are also all produced naturally.
