At Spirit Rotterdam, you will only find dishes that are prepared with respect for people, animals, the environment and the economy. That means: 100% organic and 100% vegetarian. The idea is simple: make good food that tastes better. Better in your mouth, in your head and in your heart.
The staff prepares all over 50 dishes daily, using only organic and vegetarian ingredients from the season. As a guest you create yourself from the buffet and you only pay for what you boast. That is so fair for big and small eaters and it ensures less waste.
