This apartment (including free parking space & fitness) is located in the Calypso tower at a walking distance from the Central Station, located right in the heart of Rotterdam. The museum park and many tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Layout:
As soon as you enter the hall of the apartment complex Calypso, you immediately notice that this is a new complex. Behind the counter on the ground floor you will be welcomed by a doorman from 9 am to 5 pm. You can even use the dry cleaning and a shirtservice. In the evening, the building is only accessible to residents. The bright apartment is located on the 7th floor. Since it is a new complex, it is very well insulated and you hardly hear any outside and neighbors’ sounds.

The apartment has a living room with sitting area, dining table and open kitchen. There is a widescreen TV with a soundsystem from Sonos. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and fridge. A large, covered balcony with an electric BBQ is adjacent to the living room. This west facing balcony offers privacy because it is not adjacent to other balconies and there is no privacy of other apartments.

There is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed. This bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and also has a door with access to the covered balcony. There is also a study room with a neat desk and computer at your disposal. Of course, this is accompanied by access to a fast WiFi connection. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink.
