Have your property managed
Do you have no time to manage the property yourself? We understand that! Loftly can also be of value to you after your tenant has moved in by taking care of financial and technical management. What does this mean in practice? We check whether the monthly rent is paid on time and we will transfer it to you in turn, and e.g. if a tap is leaking we will solve it quickly.
What is our fee?Expats and International Students
More and more expats and international students are finding their way to Rotterdam. Our city is more popular than ever and that is also an impulse for the Rotterdam real estate market. The demand for housing is growing steadily, while completion of new living spaces lags behind demand. That is why we help these expats and students to find a (temporary) living space. Loftly is therefore looking for quality unfurnished and furnished homes. The emphasis at Loftly is on temporary letting up to 2 years. As a rental agent we mainly help international tenants who are temporarily in the Netherlands because of work or studies.
Temporary renting or Airbnb renting
Is your home temporarily available because of travel plans or do you live and work abroad? Then we can temporarily rent out your property on a contract basis. The minimum availability of your property must be six months.
There are plenty of people looking for temporary living space, think of; expats, people who are renovating their homes, recently separated people or people waiting for a new-built house.
Inventory
As a private landlord you have all your personal belongings in your house. We are often asked which items can stay and what has to be removed. We always recommend to lock a small room or closet where you can store your personal belongings. Perhaps you have a storage room or you can store your personal belongings with family or friends. Most private landlords leave virtually anything around the house except valuable items or items with emotional value.
Everything taken care off
When you are traveling, you often do not have the time to occupy yourself with the technical management of your home if necessary. Loftly can offer aftercare and ensures that you are completely unburdened during the rental period. We can take care of both technical and financial property management. Of-course there we always contact you as the landlord in the event of technical defects for approval of jobs.

Tax benefit
If you invest with private money in a second home, you will be taxed according to box 3. This means that you pay 1.2% on your assets, but the rental income is then untaxed. The condition is that you yourself may not provide active labor for the rental income achieved. By working with Loftly you solve this problem.
Furnished or Unfurnished
There are several ways to rent out your property; unfurnished, upholstered or furnished. The international tenant is often looking for a furnished accommodation. If you want to rent out your investment for a long term, it can also be completed upholstered or unfurnished. The target group that you mainly address is mainly tenants within the Netherlands. The rent can often be increased by € 150 per month for a furnished one-bedroom apartment.
Everything taken care off
As an investor, we understand you don't want the burden of the rental process. Loftly unburdens investors by offering complete rental management. This means that we can take the financial and technical management off your hands for a certain percentage. We are available 24/7 for our tenants. By having the management carried out by professionals, we ensure that the property retains its value, the tenants are satisfied and the landlord is completely unburdened.
