Layout:
Through a joint staircase you will reach the apartment on the First floor. Entrance gives you direct access to all areas. The living room contains two sofas and an armchair. In addition, the dining table with 6 chairs can be found in a separate (dining) area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a furnace with an extractor hood.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a single tap, a shower and a designradiator. There also is a separate toilet with a small sink available. You can find two balconies in the apartment: the first one can be accessed through the bedroom and the other one through the living room.
