Upholstered apartment on the Benthuizerstraat, located in the Oude Noorden. You can find plenty of nice shops, lunchrooms and small, creative companies in the vicinity. Located in a mixed neighborhood, the distance to the nearest supermarket is less than 300 meters. The city centre is easily accessible from here via the Bergweg and Rotterdam Central is about a 25-minute walk from the location.

Layout:
Through a private staircase you will reach the entrance of the apartment on the first floor. Entrance gives you direct access to all rooms. The living room is located at the rear and gets a lot of its light from the windows at the rear. The open kitchen is equipped a refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher and a furnace with an extractor hood.

The apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are at the front of the apartment. The bedroom on the right side of the apartment (with the living room as point of view) is 2.06 meters wide and 3.21 meters long, making it wide enough for a two-meter bed. The other bedroom is 1.90 meters wide and 3.12 meters long. It is possible to add a longer bed lengthwise (view the images to get an indication how to furnish the bedrooms). The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a single tap and shower. There also is a separate toilet available.
