The distance from the Prins Hendrikkade to Rotterdam Centraal and the city centre is about 15 minutes by public transport.

Layout:
The entrance of the apartment is on the ground floor. Through an indoor staircase you will reach the apartment on the first floor. The living room is located at the front fo the apartment and has a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, furnace and an extractor hood. You can reach the balcony through the living room.

There are two bedrooms, which are located in the back of the apartment, one contains a double bed and the other is used a wardrobe room. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks with a single tap and a shower. There is also a separate toilet available.
