The entrance of the apartment is on the ground floor. Through an indoor staircase you will reach the apartment on the first floor. The living room is located at the front and has a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. There also is a small study room next to the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, furnace and an extractor hood. You can reach the balcony through the living room.

The bedroom, which is located in the back of the apartment, contains a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a single tap, shower and toilet.
