Do I have to pay tourist tax as a landlord?
As landlord you also have to pay tourist tax if a tenant does not register unless the tenant is already registered in Rotterdam. Then the tenant is not seen as a tourist. The tourist tax is 4.5 percent over the night price / rental price.
